Because your sudden wake up action requires more blood circulation, but sleep slows the heart beat, hence when you suddenly wake up the blood fails to reach the brain hece causing a Dizzyness and in swear case even Black Out.

sitting up in morning can cause orhtostatic hypotension, which causes temporary drop in blood pressure, therefore temporary dizziness

usually people will feel dizzy when getting up from laying down the night or for a nap, because they are experiencing a drop in blood pressure.

when you are laying down, your heart doesn't have to pump as hard to circulate blood throughout the body, but when you stand up it suddenly has to adjust to fight against gravity

The most common reason would be benign positional vertigo. With this you would feel well as long as you are sitting or lying still but have a feeling that the room is spinning for a little while after rolling over or turning your head. You should not have any headache or other weakness or numbness although you may have some nausea.

If you are having headache, fever, weakness or numbness or visual changes or any problems with thinking then you should see a doctor immediately.

dizziness can be caused by several different health problems. The most common is called Vertigo. Vertigo causes you to feel nauseous because of the dizziness. The only treatment for it, is to get your doctor to prescribe Meclizine for nausea and stay home and do not lean forward or move your head real fast. It will stop on its own.

another cause of dizziness is from consuming too much alcohol.

I have this problem to. It is mostly because you have been laying down to much and it causes your blood pressure to momentarily go way down. I suggest sitting up first, and then getting up more slowly.

If you get to sleep after 12 am even 30 minutes after midnight why the next day in the morning when you wake up do you feel dizzy and tired and can't focus on studying?

You probably did not get enough sleep. You may want to try to get to bed earlier. If they still persist, you probably should go to a doctor to find out if there are physical issues causing you to be dizzy, tired, and unable to focus. It is likely that getting to bed earlier will solve the issues, though.

What is this problem If you sleep after 12 pm even 30 minutes after midnight next day in the morning when you wake up you feel dizzy and tired and can't focus of studding and what Is the solution?

This can depend on a variety of things. Do you have a well-balanced diet? Are you sleeping during the day or consuming caffeine at night? Are you working out before bed. Try going to the doctor. You might be getting sick. However, the reasoning behind why you are tired and dizzy is due to a number of variables and more information needs to be provided.

Is 108 over 59 too low for someone age 51?

No. But any symptoms will be much more of a guide. Does the person feel dizzy? Lightheaded? Do they often stumble/fall or faint? Any dizziness on getting up from a chair or out of bed? These symptoms will be a better way to tell if the BP is too low than just the numbers.

What does got up on the wrong side of the bed mean?

The idiom "to get up on the wrong side of the bed" means that you are upset or feeling sort of cranky. Example- My friend was being mean to me and I told her that she woke up on the wrong side of the bed This idiom means to be grouchy in the morning when you first wake up. The image is that there are two sides of the bed, and you must have gotten out of the wrong side since you feel so bad.
