What is wrong can't really be determined from those symptoms since they could represent different things, especially from person to person. However, they are very similar to the typical symptoms of an upper respiratory virus infection, like the common cold or influenza. It is best to contact your primary health care provider and find out if you need to make an appointment for an exam. In the meantime, get plenty of rest and drink adequate fluids to maintain hydration.
