most common problem with noise by the tire is either wheel bearings going bad or the cv axle is bad easy way to check would be to jack up the tire in question grab it at top and bottom and check for excessive movement do the same side to side. if the is no movement look at the CV axle and check for ripped boot or broken clamp you may see grease build up
