It's probably just an eye infection. Take her to a vet. She could also just be born with it. My cocker spaniel had huge eye goobers all the time. No need to panic just yet.
Well, it could be an infection there mother passed, a bad case if fleas that wiped them out, but its best to ask a vet, I would also get the mum checked out if that happens!
