Pain described as 'burning' is generally related to nerves. I would suspect an impingement/pinched nerve situation.

If you are experiencing a burning sensation between your shoulder blades and symptoms of being tired could this be your heart?

While it is possible that the symptom could be your heart it is unlikely. It is more likely the sensation felt is related to pinched nerves located near and around the spinal chord. If pain continues it is recommended to see a chiropractor.
