Could be many things such as a zit, pimple, could be a bug bit from, or if anything very vrery serious and unlikely a tumor which would be a 1 in a million chance.
Lymphoma does not usually present in this manner, I believe you meant to say, could a lump on my back be a lipoma (benign fatty tumor).

There are 2 types
1.The the ones that are always there are called tastbuds
2.If you eat something sour or really salty it stings your tastbuds
those are called sour/salty stinged controlled tastbuds
