What could the charges and fines be for a 16-year-old caught doing 60 mph in a 25 mph zone in Illinois?

[Edit]

Answer

Sixty in a twenty five zone!?! And you young people wonder why we worry about you. Charges... well there's always reckless driving and as for the fine, I think you'd better be more worried about jail time. But money is what you asked about and my guess is around sevenhundred and fifty bucks. Plus loss of license of course.
