Underachieving gifted students are often bored in school. I know some underachieving gifted students (elementary school age) who were too bored to work on their own, but enjoyed socializing and showing off their abilities, so would work in groups.
Another possibility is that the gifted child has difficulty in that particular area but does not want to disappoint those who know he or she is gifted or does not want to appear less intelligent to peers, so does not want to work independently where he or she cannot use another person to get the answers.
You could say it will eventually come naturally as you mature through your teens. Or you could achieve this from boarding school/
the alleian season
A parent's rights and responsibilities don't automatically end because there is a problem with substances. Those rights are handled independently, and if they have not been restricted, they remain intact, as far as they can be given the living situation of the father. A father could not demand that a child live with him while he is in rehab, for example.
Most school systems have strict rules about children bringing medicine to school. It should be sent to the teacher with instructions. You should inquire at the school to determine the procedure in your school system. Child endangerment could be involved depending on the age of the child, type of medicine and how much was given to the child. Most school systems have strict rules about children bringing medicine to school. Generally this is a tax problem. The child only gets free education in the area that the parents pay taxes. The school that she works at could choose to waive tuition or the mother could choose to pay tuition.
John Muir did not go to school as a child. He only went to a university where he could go to college and university.
It appears she did have a drinking problem from the way she acted on her show--either she was careless or drinking...
