There is a good map and a description in Wikipedia.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visa_requirements_for_Thai_citizens

Quote: "Thai citizens are allowed visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to approximately 88 countries and territories for short-term tourism visits."

Basically most of South-East Asia, Russia, lots of South America and some parts of Africa either do not require a Visa or issue one automatically on arrival.

Enjoy it while you can :)

Visa on arrival in Singapore - but watch the security at the Cambodian airports for wanting a donation if you don't have what money they think you should be travelling with. Basically have a cashcard and say you'll pull out funds as you need them.

China and Hong Kong visa straight forward via most travel agents in Phnom Penh.

Indonesia - Visa on arrival

India also permits visa on arrival for Cambodians traveling through the following major hubs... Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai & Kolkata.
