1. Bermuda (November 10,1985-march 9,1995) reason closed: government influence

3 Bolivia (October 24,1997- November 30,2002) Reason Closed: Slow sales and cost

4. Jamaica (April 15,1995-October 30,2005) reason closed: government problems and slow sales

5. Iceland (September 3, 1993- October 31,2009) reason closed(from wikipedia): Closed by Icelandic affiliate citing prohibitive costs of importing foreign foodstuffs as required by McDonald's.
