What countries don't have socialized medicine?

Answer:

The only industrialized country that I can think of that does have Socialized medicine is Britain. Having a single payer system does not, by definition, make it socialized medicine. Only if the government directly owns the hospitals, and that physicians are direct government employees (ie. not in private practice) is it considered socialized medicine.

I guess the DVA subsystem in the US might fulfill the definition of socialized medicine, since the government actually owns those hospitals.
