While Yugoslavia was a member of the Eastern Bloc, strongman Tito often defied Soviet policies. Tito came into direct conflict with Stalin, and Yugoslavia was thrown out of the Eastern Bloc. It became the backbone of what became known as the Unaligned Movement.
There is no longer an East Berlin. Germany was unified in 1990 (20 years ago). The actual Berlin Wall that separated the two Germanys came down November 9, 1989
