South East Asia is often defined by ASEAN (Association of South East Asian Nations), including 10 countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Burma, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam.

All other asian countries you can think of will not be in South East Asia: India, Japan, Korea, Mongolia, China, Bhutan, etc...
