The more minerals you get the less hungry you are. All you need to do is consume mineral dense foods and you won't be hungry anymore. Also, if you're hungry all the time, then it's a sign that you have too much candida in your system. They're parasites that feed off the food you eat. They're never satisfied. Cut bread or anything with yeast out, cut out refined sugars.
