Cyproheptadine is a medicine used to increase bowel movements, it's useful for stomach disturbances such as excess of gas retained in the upper part of the digestive system. It's commercial brand is motilium. However, before taking it, it is strongly recommended to hear from a specialized doctor about your digestive disturbance. Usually, increasing fiber consumption, fruits mainly grapefruits and orange (whole), might solve your problem.
