Monday im 100% sure. And you are 100% wrong. In Act III Scene 4 we hear that it is Monday. But this scene takes place Monday night, the same day that Tybalt was killed, the same day that Romeo and Juliet got married, the same day the nurse went out at 9 a.m. to find Romeo, the day after Romeo and Juliet spent all night talking in her backyard, which makes it the day afterCapulet's party, and the brawl that starts the whole play. The play starts on Sunday.

They meet at a party on Sunday, talk all night and get married the next day, Monday. The same day Romeo gets himself banished, but gets to spend Monday night with Juliet. Tuesday morning he flees to Mantua while Juliet's parents plan to marry her to Paris. Her father sets the wedding for Thursday morning but changes it to Wednesday morning. Tuesday night, or in the wee hours of Wednesday, Juliet takes a potion which will KO her for 42 hours, which means it is sometime Friday night that she wakes up finding that Romeo has committed suicide moments earlier.
