What describes the level of consciousness?

Answer:
Levels of consciousness can be categorized into the following...
>Fully Conscious
>Pre-Conscious
>Sub-Conscious
>Un-Conscious

Because consciousness has no actual definition, this answer will often change. Consciousness can be described as the process in which signals from our nerves are transported and and understood by the brain as environmental data.

An easy way to mentalize this simple. Computers have similar Operating Systems and run by similar standards and codes. This allows them to transport data in it's raw form. Because humans aren't always similar, the ability to talk, hear, see, understand, are just ways of sharing data, similar to a USB.
