Amelia "Earnhardt" is a common but incorrect spelling.

Amelia Earhart was the first woman to fly across the Atlantic and Pacific oceans solo.
AE's plane went down and the whereabouts of her body are still unknown. Some believe that they have jsut found her bones on some small island.
