What did Matthew Flinders do in Geelong?

Answer:
Matthew Flinders was one of the first explorers to enter Port Phillip Bay and explore the area. He did not specifically do anything more in the area now known as Geelong, beyond charting the coastline.

However, over on the Mornington Peninsula, Flinders climbed Arthur's Seat, from where he could view the entire Bay.
