1- light, but before creating the sun, or stars, because God was the light.
2- The firmament to divide the water from the water. (the heavens/skies) Water below the sky, and the canopy of water which used to be over the atmosphere.
3- gathered all the water below the firmament unto one place, and called it the seas, and created vegetation.
4- the stars, the sun, and the moon, to be the lights on the earth, and to be the signs for the seasons, the days, and the years.
5- fowl (birds), and the water dwelling creatures
6- the land creatures, and Adam, the first man
7- God rested from all of his work
