I'm pretty sure they invented lots of things but their most famous would have to be the long ship. It was the fastest boat in its time but im not sure if its still the fastest boat ever invented. People describe it as unique, fascinating and fast(obviously). It was mad out of wood and had the head mainly of a dragon to scare people. It had sails and oars and was often cramped and uncomfortable. I think that's all about the long boat but as for other things they invented im not sure.
The Vikings had came up with ketchup, a little bit of hunting, they came up with 7/11 and also Starbucks. That's about it that i know until then i will update this :)
The long ship also known as the dreker is a Viking invention. So is the comb. Hair combs date back to the 9th century and were found in Scandinavia. They were usually made of red deer antlers. According to the Jefferson Lab they also used natural magnetite deposits in Scandinavia to make the first magnetic compasses. The warp weighted loom was invented by the Vikings. It was a vertical loom made up of a set of upright wooden beams and an upper beam that held the woven cloth.
Apparently, the Vikings invented ice skating, using pieces of bone as runners.
If by viking writing, you mean the Futhark, that is lost in history. The Futhark has been around since at least 200 CE, way before the vikings were vikings.
We still use longboats and combs. Also the looms that thy used for weaving
yes they did !! they belived that the god of petagrium fought for tomatoes and in vented ketchub but at the time it was called blue waffle .

Vikings did not invent cows, which evolved and were then domesticated, rather than being invented by anybody.
they made up 7/11 and Starbucks
No, it was invented by the Chinese almost 2000 years ago.

Hardly. The Vikings flourished about AD 1000. There is solid evidence that early man had organized, regular mammoth hunts thirty to fifty thousand years prior to that.
The Vikings invented a style of ship that was fast and expedient. Their dragon headed sloop style ship was able to carry large troops and travel across open ocean.
