There are no magic pills and no easy way. 'Weight Watchers' and the 'South Beach Diet' are two of the best diets. I've gone to Weight Watchers and they teach you to eat correctly so I don't think of it as a diet. You can eat almost anything and there is no big deal when you go out with friends for dinner or drinks. You know the portions and the tricks of ordering and also how to use your calories well if you plan to go out on a Saturday night. Also drinking 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day (more if you are exercising) is a must as well as exercising. Go for a quick walk (a couple of miles); swim, jog, (go with a friend or your dog.)

Also if you eat less yeast you will lose weight faster. This is short-term (6 weeks) and have little to no yeast (after 6 weeks introduce only a little yeast back into your diet), but eat meats (you can leave red meats out of your diet if you like) grains, dairy products, fruits and veggies and that water. Remember, each pound you lose is like a pound of butter (fat that is off your body!)
