tail -light and no brake light means the brake switch mounted along the streering column needs to be adjusted or replaced...the signals work off a flasher can mounted inder the dash...there is 2 cans...
After replacing the burned out turn signal bulb, turn on the hazard flasher and then turn off the hazard flasher. This will reset the flashing on the turn signal from super fast to standard flashing.
Open back hatch and near the tail light inside the frame by rubber gasket you will see 2 screws. remove screws and the light fixture will come out. Just twist the bulb socket and replace bulb
