Or you can check the Konmart site below, I send a letter through them once a week to my family member in prison and it gets there fast and best of all I don't have to call or look anything up, just need the inmate's name and ID number, if you don't have the id number they provide you with a link to get the ID number. Really simple really easy the way i like it.

It would be a good idea to find the facility of where the imiate is staying by calling 212-266-1500. This is the imiate lookup number. It asked the basics question.

Take the number 4,5,or 2 train- #19 or #2 bus to 149th st. and Grand Concourse. Walk half block down 149th street toward Lincoln Hospital you can take the Rikers van from 149th and Anthony J Griffin Pl. The van will travel over the Rikers Island Bridge to the Rikers Island Visit Center
