Answer 1

Muslims do not celebrate Christmas as they consider to celebrate the birthday of son of God to seek partners for God. Muslims believe that Jesus was a prophet like all other prophets and gave the same message of worshiping one God, so he is not a son of God. God is supreme and above all these things for having kids and wives. So they not only do not celebrate Christmas but consider wishing Christmas is like seeking partners to the God as he is the ultimate power and has no partners.

Answer 2

They would not. Christ + mass + Christmas. Because Muslims view Christ as a prophet, not as the son of god his birth would not be celebrated.

In Islam the story of Christmas is some what similar to that in The Bible however there are fundamental differences also, mainly that Mary was not married therefore there was no such man as Joseph in the Islamic teachings:

She (Mary) said, `My Lord! how can I and whence shall I have a child while no man has yet touched me (in conjugal relationship)?' (The Lord) said, `Such are the ways of Allâh, He creates what He will. When He decrees a thing He simply commands it, "Be" and it comes to be. Quran3:47

Jesus or Isa as he is known in Arabic, was miraculously born by Gods permission. Islam absolutely rejects that Jesus was the son of God or even God in carnate as God is above the attributes of humans or any living thing. Muslims believe that Jesus was one of the most important Prophets of God and that he was never crucified by the Jews on the cross but instead by Gods permission another person was crucified instead:

And because of their (falsely) claiming, `We did kill the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, the (false) Messenger of Allâh,' whereas they killed him not, nor did they cause his death by crucifixion, but he was made to them to resemble (one crucified to death). Verily, those who differ therein are certainly in (a state of) confusion about it. They have no definite knowledge of the matter but are only following a conjecture. They did not kill him, this much is certain (and thus could not prove the Christ as accursed). Quran4:157

Muslims believe that Mary was a pious and devout women who spent her life in the worship of God. She spent a vast amount of time in the temple of her uncle Zachariah where she worshiped God. She at some point in her life before receiving the glad tidings of having a baby, took time out to be alone in the desert to worship God alone. It was in the desert that Muslims believe that God sent an angel in the form of a man to Maryam to inform her:

(Recall the time) when the angels said, `O Mary! Allâh gives you good tidings through a (prophetic) word from Him (about the birth of a son) whose name is the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, (he shall be) worthy of regard in this world and in the Hereafter and one of the nearest ones (to Him), Quran 3:45

After the birth of Jesus, Mary was told by a voice to vow to God that she would take a fast of speaking which meant that she could not talk to anyone. Once the baby was born, she carried him into the town where all the people gathered around her in anger and disgust in her thinking she had committed a sin by having a baby out of wedlock. Since she was unable to defend herself as she was under a fast of speech, she pointed to the baby in the cradle and miraculously by Gods will, the baby spoke:

(When Jesus grew up) she took him to her people carrying him on a mount. They said, `Mary! you have brought a strange thing. (19:27)

-Thereupon she pointed to him (- her son Jesus meaning thereby that he will answer them). They said, `How should we speak to one who was (till recently) a child in the cradle?' (19:29)

It came to pass that the son of Mary) said, `I am indeed a servant of Allâh, He has given me the Book, and made me a Prophet. (19:30)

And He has made me blessed wherever I may be, and He has enjoined upon me prayer and alms-giving so long as I live. (19:31)

-`And (He has made me) dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me arrogant, graceless. (19:32)

-`And peace was upon me the day I was born, and (peace will be upon me) the day I die, and the day I shall be raised up to life (again).' (19:33)

-Such was Jesus, son of Mary. (This is) a statement of true facts (about him), concerning which they so deeply disagree. (19:34)

-Some say, `The Most Gracious (God) has taken to Himself a son (who will be our intercessor).' (19:88)

`Because they have ascribed a son to the Most Gracious (God). ( Quran 19:91)
