The Muslims wear Ehraam (The garments for men consists of two pieces of only white sheet. Wrap the larger sheet around your waist to cover your body from the navel to the ankles). The head (only for males) should not be covered, and no underwear should be used.

Women are allowed to make Ehraam in any dress they wish which fulfills the Islamic conditions of public dress, regardless of the color but plain. Women's hands and face should be uncovered in Ehraam. Their heads should be covered (Like in Abaya).

They performcircumambulation (Tawaf) around the Holy Kabah, which means they go around it 7 times, as part of the pilgrimage or Hajj.

They also attend the 5 daily prayers in the Holy Mosque where the Kabah is situated, and some also visit other historical and holy sites eg. Cave Hira where the Holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) received the first revelation of Islam.
