Make a note of your best qualities, write a few sentences, use your best one to prepare, or ask someone you have recently worked with to help you this is something i do when I'm stuck it definitely helps others may see you differently than you see your self. If i was asked this question I would say I pride myself on my honesty and punctuality also my ability to form relationships with co-workers.
