∙ 11y agoI was once in a tough situation where i forgot to feed my fish but didn't have any fish food. That's OK. Goldfish are vegetarians but still need protein. So no "treats" can be a regular diet. Fish food is good for a regular diet; it has protein.
You can offer your goldfish Oranges, romaine lettuce, zucchini, and skinned peas. Only give your goldfish a small amount of these treats.
