- computers and humans are most likely to fail when you need them most
- both can be infected with a virus (different forms of viruses though)
- computers and humans tend to break when being dropped from a great height
- both computers and humans are often expected to do as they are told
- both (modern) computers and humans support sleep mode
- neither benefits from alcohol, fatty food or nicotine
- both get hot while working, and both work best at moderate temperatures
