Playboy models are usually in good shape when they are chosen.Also, what you must realise is they earn income based totally on their appearance and they need to do anything possible to maitain their figures.Otherwise, they get replace by the next hottest thing.

Don't feel pressured to look like one,in all honesty people in general don't look like that don't forget they are probably very selective on their diet and have a team of plastic surgeons and trainers.Lots of fake tan,and airbrushing it's not honest imagery.
