A snook is a saltwater fish which are plentiful here in Florida waters. Some people consider them to be a gamefish but most REAL Floridians consider them to be one of the best food fishes around. They have a long lower jaw and a black stripe near the top on both sides which extends almost to the tail. Google it. I'm sure there will be a photo. Milt in Fl. Plimsoll50@aol.com
