Basically there is no such thing as anything sized zero, if there was they would be naked. But i can tell you this. If they are models they'll have to keep in shape. So they mostly eat healthy stuff/non fat foods.

NO! not at all, nowadays they are looking for larger models as many people are complaining that models are too skinny! :-) Also being a size zero is very bad for your health not to mention its sick...
Do you mean because there size 0?215 people have died because there this thin, but obvsly many size 0 girs have died for a different reason all together.I'd tell everyone i know not to go to size 0....
