In Japan and Korea, their chicken bakes have bulgogi in them. And in Mexico, the pizza is topped with seafood.

because they are a bulk store meaning all the food they use in their food courts they got half price or more so then meaning they can sell it for less, with the amount of people in Costco its a sustainable price considering the amount of food consumed in the food courts. If you're referring to basic foods you purchase in Costco, not food court items, yes the principle is the same. However, Costco purchases items in bulk in the effort to get products to you (the consumer) at the lowest price possible. If that particular product is not available at a decent/bulk low price, Costco will often discontinue the item until it becomes more affordable for the member.
