When, I think of country music. Its the city of nashville which comes to mind. But apparently at one point, it was austin,texas for a place to call the home of country music. Austin, TX Apex :)
The Blues came from African slaves that were taken by people and sold in America, so the blues came from African people but from amercian music yh totally babes it came from Mississippi Actually the blues was created by American black slaves from white folk music what we would call Country today, so it doesn't come from Africa at all.

Talyor Swift's music is considered a lot of different genres, so I guess you might call it soft rock, but it is most often referred to as Country music.
I play the french horn and am not really sure what you mean by what kind of music. A french horn can play any music. I recently preformed at a black history month concert and played blues/jazz music on my french horn. If you mean the key its played in the key of F. Hope that helped:)
