AUX means Auxilary.
A letter/word which comes before a noun.
PRN means 'Per Requested Need" - so basically they will call you to work when they have a need for you to work.
It is actually a 1 - one or 0 - Zero. It goes back to binary numbers with 1 being on and 0 being off. I is power on and O is power off.
