You have a standard-weight Auto-5 in 16ga made in 1954. It is not a Sweet Sixteen, which was actually a specific model and not a generic term. Not sure where you are finding all these marks, perhaps on the barrel? The Belgians put all kind of proofmarks and assembly codes on their parts - barrels and bolts. Is the barrel serialized to match the receiver? The "0 Kg 997" stands for the weight of barrel on date proofed. The sideways "y" is a date code that changed each year. Can't tell about the "z" without seeing location. The "SF" with a star is the Proof Mark of the controller that worked in the proof house assigned to this barrel. "R15478" is the serial number of the gun and may or may not match the number on the barrel ring. As stated above, there are many other proof markings such as Provisional Proof, Smokeless Powder Proof, and so on.
