Not all 13 year olds want that im 12 but am coming up to 13 next year and really 13 yr olds want basically what 12 yr olds want. if its for a present you could give her money haha lol :) but if not i would recomend necklaces brand perfumes and hair stuff like straightners or curlers lots of things which are quite girly. coz when at that age you for some reason feel all girly and want lots of girly stuff :) lol

I have a 13 year old and she wants EVERYTHING! But to narrow it down, anything electronic and anything involving communication. She has a cell phone but she wants a new one with a new plan. The phone should have a camera and downloadable ring-tones. The plan should give her unlimited text. She doesn't really care much about unlimited minutes as long as she can text all day. New games for her Playstation and her playstation portable. A new MP4 player with camera attached. Those are the major ones. Oh, and a party in her favor. It doesn't have to be her birthday or any other special occasion. She just wants to be the guest of honor.
