Fear of Spiders is considered "Arachnophobia". This is very common among people due to not knowing what spiders are capable of. While most spiders may be poisonous, others may be friendly such as tarantulas.

To get rid of your fear of bugs, you can keep bug spray next to your bed. You can also accept the fact that bugs are a part of our lives and that is normal. If you really have a strong fear that is interfering with normal activities, you may need to speak to a fear prevention expert or psychiatrist.
