after u beat Cyrus,he will say dat he doesn't need the master ball and gives it to you.so rite after the battle with Cyrus,fly straight to oreburgh city and go to mt. coronet,itz time to capture dialga/palkia depending on your version.and if your Pokemon is under level 47,don't think dat u will be able to capture dialga/palkia with a ultra ball or a dusk ball.because i had to use my master ball on dialga.and don't worry the other legendary pokemons aren't hard to capture.because i captured all of them already except for regigigas because don't have the regi's.good luck!!!!
