What do you do if you have asthma?

Answer:
First know how to recognize asthma symptoms:
Cough, chest tightness, wheezing, , cannot speak in a full sentence, difficultlty breathing, like pulling of muscle of the neck or abdominal breating, some may pass out or become blue.
If you have medication (rescue) inhaler taken with spacer (chamber) or a nebulizer take one or two , three doses if you think you have time or is not so severe if you feel relieve, continue for up to 3 to 6 times a day until signs are resloved for 24 to 48 hours
That could be all if you only have a mild episode or infrquent episode.
If your asthma is more serious you should consider calling your doctor for other advise or other medication, you might need a controller medication.
For severe attack consider going to Urgent care/ER or call 911
