It can't really be helped. Luckily the morning sickness (even though it can be 24H/day) wont last forever and usually stops in the second trimester. Make sure you don't take it on a empty stomach, maybe that can help. Ask the doctor if some can be crushed and mixed with yogurt or something. Some have problems swallowing pills all together. If you can't keep anything down you need to speak to your doctor.
