You should just replace your EGR valve. There is a component within the valve that cannot be cleaned (the piston). If it sticks for just one instant it will throw the coee again. Best bet is to purchase it from Chrysler because you get everything you need included (gasket,bolts,vacuum control, hoses).
you should also look into cleaning out the egr passages throughout your engine. there is one that goes into the manifold that will be clogged solid. good luck mb
