Try using another HDD (hard disk drive). If that HD boots-up, your OS (Operating System) may be corrupted. Try reinstalling your OS. Sometimes, the motherboard may cause the corruption. If you open your computer and has lots of dust, try vacuuming it! The accumulated dust hinders the data transport on your MOBO.
