If you dropped your phone and it won't come back on you can do like i did and drop it again.And now mine works better then it did before but that all depends on what happened inside the phone i knocked my wires loose

I had a phone that did that, I had to get a new phone. You prolly dropped it and busted the screen like i did. hee hee

I had a phone do this and believe it or not if yours is having the same problem you can put it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes and get about 5 minutes of screen time to recover important messages or contacts. I dont know why but being a computer nerd I figured a deep freeze may help and it did!

You need to return the handset to the manafacturer for repair. if you freeze the handset you risk invalidating your warranty as the handset may become liquid damaged!

I froze my old phone prob 25 times and never had any sort of water damage as a result. the only moisture this process creates is condensation, Im not saying you submerge the phone and freeze it or anything, just put the phone in a paper towell and freez it for 10 minutes. yes you could return it, but when that is not an option and you need a quick fix to grab that message or lost contact give it a try.
