Your father probably has some jealousy issues over your boyfriend, which is why he is acting in an abusive way towards you. How old are you? This would make it much easier to know how to help you. If your father is a true abuser then there probably is no way to appease him, or make him feel more comfortable about this subject. What does your mother think about the topic? Can you talk to her about it? If so, then do so as she will be able to help you the most. As a last resort, you could seek the help of social services, but many people do not feel comfortable with this situation.
