What do you do if your girlfriend acts like she does not care about your relationship anymore?

First, is it an act? If so, she either thinks you've been showing far less affection than her and wants to show that if you don't care, neither does she; Then it's your turn to show affection.
Or she wants more from you so she shows she's not interested in the relationship IN ITS CURRENT FORM. She misses something from you.
If it's not an act, she doesn't want to break up abrupty, either because she's timid or very nice. You could try to change her mind, though your success will probably be only short-term.
And maybe she never cared and is just counting on the presents you'll give her to try to make her stay. A sign of this is if she's more happy about presents of value than something like flowers (though she might be just practical). An even better sign is if she has far more value on the single market than you. In that case she'll be gone once she's sucked you dry.
Basic rule: If you can't or don't want to keep her with non-monetary means, leave her.

You definitely need to get with her and talk about what her problem is. Maybe it's something you can work out or maybe she's just not interested anymore, or she just might be getting bored and you need to do something to get her interested again. The best bet though is to sit her down someplace where there are no interruptions and speak to her truthfully and honestly and she will respond the same way. Do not accuse her of anything, just see what's on her mind.
