If you guys aren't together, he doesn't need to do anything but pay child support. You could get help from the Department of Social Services. DSS could help with the child support process. If you guys aren't married, you do not have to stay with him because he is the father. He's just a sperm donor. Whatever choices you choose, be sure that it's for the nest interest for the unborn baby and you. . . not him, he's not the one pregnant. Good Luck!
