Depending on whether you are the dump-or or the dump-ee your attorney may be helping more than you think. What is the chance you made a really bad agreement (for your ex) and he/she just wants to renegotiate and your attorney cant get a signature no matter what he does. Getting your ex off dead center may take a large infusion of cash which your attorney doesnt see forthcoming. Now is the time for a heart to heart talk with your attorney and discussion of your options, costs and likely results. Above all dont try to tell your attorney how to do his job and if you dont like what he does: Well, there are a lot of attorneys out there.

File it in the public notices section of the newspaper in her city or town and if she does not respond to the notice in so much time, it will atomatically default in your favor. You will be awarded the devorce you are seeking due to default.If she doesn't read this section of the paper at all and is not aware of this ,she will probably never see it. Food for thought.
