If he didnt say he loved you too, then it doesnt sound like he loves you back like you love him. For a lot of guys it's hard to "say" that anyway. All you can do is wait for HIS next move i suppose. I certianly wouldnt keep telling him that though. It might make him nervous if he doesnt feel exactly the same way. If he's kissing your forehead......i dont think he's in love with you back. Forehead kissing instead of lip kissing after something like that kinda indicates he's not in LOVE

Usually a kiss on the forehead means friendship. He sees you as a friend most likely, nothing more, but there is a chance he sees you as more, but he's not ready for a relationship just yet. Ask him and find out.
