What do you do when a teacher is a bully and always picks on the same child?

I've experienced this in my classroom. This teacher would refuse to lose a battle with a three yr. old. Where other teachers used negotiating techniques like including the resistance or disruptive child in the plan of action after questionable behavior. Giving disruptive children options and an ear or sometimes ignoring their bad behavior works best. Back the teacher. Enough was enough of the cornering him, picking his little body up by force, him being carried away by her crying at the top of his lungs. I stepped in. We had already made of plan of how to deal with this child, but she persisted in this child bending to her will. In particular, we allow children who are potty trained to potty at their leisure. They go when they need to and if at potty time they don't want to go we give them flexibility. She would force the child to go and if he didn't she persist and get into a stalemate. Step in and model the correct behavior. Make a plan amongst the teachers of how to deal with particular children so that he does not feel persecuted by this teacher.
